Twinkle was a small shimmering star that lived in the night sky, surrounded by thousands of other stars. Her glow was special because she had the ability to hear the wishes made by children. Every time a child made a wish while looking up at the sky, Twinkle would strive to send a little bit of magic and happiness to fulfill the wish. She loved bringing joy to the little dreamers.

One night, while illuminating the sky with her gentle glow, Twinkle noticed something strange. A wish was trapped in a dark cloud and couldn't reach her. "How strange!" thought Twinkle. Curious and concerned, she decided to do something she had never done before: descend to Earth to find out what was happening.

Gently floating down, Twinkle arrived at a small village where she met a boy named Peter. He was sitting in a field, looking at the sky with sad eyes. "Are you okay?" asked Twinkle, landing beside him. Surprised, Peter replied, "I made a wish, but I think no one heard it." "I heard it," said Twinkle with a bright smile. "Your wish reached me, but it got stuck in a cloud. What was your wish?" Peter sighed and answered, "I wished for a friend. Sometimes, I feel lonely." Twinkle felt her heart warm. She smiled and said, "Your wish is beautiful, Peter. And you know what? I will be your friend!" Peter's face lit up with happiness. "You'll be my friend? Even though you're a star?" Twinkle laughed softly. "Yes! Friends don't need to be the same. They just need to be there for each other." That night, Twinkle and Peter played and laughed together. They ran through the field, made up stories, and looked at the constellations in the sky. Peter had never felt so happy. When dawn began to color the horizon, Twinkle knew it was time to return to the sky.

Before leaving, she said, "Peter, whenever you look at the stars, remember that you are never alone. I will be shining up there, cheering for you." Peter waved, smiling, as Twinkle ascended back to the sky.

From that day on, Peter never felt lonely again. Every night, he looked at the sky and found Twinkle, shining brighter than ever. He knew that even from a distance, his friend was always with him, lighting up his dreams and warming his heart.
